He spent over a decade at Citi Group in London as an investment banker focusing on derivative risk management. With more than 20 years of experience in the property sector, successfully initiating and managing residential projects in the UK and Spain. Now based in Zurich, he leads LANDHIVE, leveraging his financial expertise to drive innovation and growth.

CO-FOUNDER

Co-founder of LANDHIVE with expertise in property management, real estate investment, and co-living. He previously launched a Danish co-living operator in the UK as head of operations and business development. Chris is a tokenization enthusiast with a strong network in property investment and PropTech.

Andrew, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), brings over 20 years of expertise in digital technology, change management, and business consulting across the UK and Switzerland.
