During his years in real estate development, LANDHIVE founder Jens witnessed the industry’s significant challenges firsthand. Time and again, he saw promising projects hindered by the traditional banking system’s rigid approach to property financing. Developers were caught in a frustrating cycle of high interest rates, inflexible terms, and lengthy approval processes, limiting their ability to maximize property potential and returns.
A key observation changed everything. While working on various development projects, Jens recognized that developers were often forced to sell their properties at suboptimal prices due to bank financing pressures. He realized that if developers could sell portions of their assets while maintaining operational control, they could reduce or eliminate bank lending while gaining the time needed to achieve the best possible sale price. This would create a win-win situation: developers would gain flexibility and better returns, while investors would gain access to previously unavailable real estate opportunities.
This insight led to a bigger question: Why should property financing be limited to traditional banking channels when millions of potential investors were eager to participate in real estate opportunities?
LANDHIVE was born from this revelation – a platform that bridges three critical gaps in the market:

Now based in Zurich, he leads LANDHIVE, leveraging his financial expertise to drive innovation and growth.
